提高三元采出水处理沉降效率的方法探讨

中文摘要:沉降分离技术是城市污水和油田污水处理较为常见的措施手段,针对三元复合驱采出水处理现油田仍以沉降罐分离和过滤罐过滤为主处理流程,但随着三元复合驱规模的扩大、区块开发时间的延长,采出水处理问题日渐突出,其中主要表象为采出水中成分趋于复杂,造成原水中悬浮固体增加,水中含油量去除困难,沉降分离效果逐渐变差。本文根据三元采出水的特点,对比分析在沉降段增设气浮、曝气及投加助剂等措施,评价筛选适用于三元采出水的工艺技术。
英文摘要:Settlement separation technology is the urban sewage and oil field sewage treatment are common means of measures, for asp flooding produced water treatment fields now still is given priority to with sedimentation tank separation and filtering tank filter processing, but with the scale enlargement of asp flooding, the block development and the extension of time, the problem of produced water treatment, including main representation for produced water composition is complicated, causing increased suspended solid in the raw water, the oil content in water to remove difficulties, sedimentation separation effect gradually becomes poor. In this paper, according to the characteristics of the water produced by the three elements, the measures such as adding air floatation, aeration and adding additives in the settlement section are compared and analyzed, and the technology for the ASP-flooding produced water is evaluated and screened.
